What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

Both are a fabulous addition to your vendor team and each can be valuable to be by your side on your wedding day! Venue coordinators are responsible for looking out for the venue's best interests. They ensure all of the rules are being followed, the facilities are in prime condition, and assist in confirming layout or setup related questions. I am there looking out for your best interests. I complete detailed timelines for each of your vendors, confirm details prior to the wedding, and ensure the day is running smoothly. I assist with set up and tear down, line up and cue the ceremony processional, and attend to the couple and wedding party as needed throughout the day.

Why should I hire New Paige Planning?

Wedding planning is a very time consuming process and often keeps your mind incredibly busy. Hiring New Paige Planning can give you insider knowledge and helpful tips to ease you through the process. We can help answer any questions along the way, communicate directly with your vendors and take some responsibilities off of your shoulders. We keep an updated checklist to ensure you are staying on track throughout your engagement. Of course, we create a detailed timeline to ensure things are running smoothly on your wedding day allowing you and your guests to enjoy the fun!

Do you work with same sex couples?

Absolutely! Each love is unique and we enjoy having the opportunity to celebrate each individual's story! New Paige Planning serves all clients regardless of their background.

Do you travel for weddings?

New Paige Planning is based in the Twin Cities, MN, but we plan and coordinate weddings throughout Minnesota and beyond. We love exploring new places and we are always looking for reasons to explore!

Do you bring an assistant on the day of the wedding?

Our Wedding Management and Partial Planning packages each include a lead planner and an assistant. Depending on the size of your guest list, you may require a second or third assistant. If this is the case, each additional assistant will be an additional charge at an hourly rate.

Do you plan other events; birthday parties, anniversaries, proposals, etc.?
